So the Christmas period is just about 'done' now and I wonder how many of us feel
- we've over-indulged
- swear we'll never do it again
- are looking to make some real changes in our life, be it health, relationships, whatever.
Well could I just give you a little word of advice...
STOP!
Before you go any further with any New Year's resolutions or 'big' changes you are going to make in your life, you really need to look at the big picture. It's easy when you aren't feeling great either about yourself or something in your life, to come from a place of 'right I mean it this time, things are going to change', however, statistics prove that a massive amount of people will just not be able to sustain those changes.

Why not? Well it's because if your conscious mind still enjoys or gets something from the 'thing' you want to change, so your sub-conscious is never going to be aligned. Think of it like this the conscious mind is the goal setter (your conscious mind by the way, is only 5% of your mind) but the sub conscious mind is the goal getter,if you get that right you can defintely begin to make changes you want in your life. This is where the 'gold' is a huge 95% of our patterns and behaviours come from this, so it makes sense to work with it, doesn't it?
Resources to help you set goals (that last longer than your hangover!)
